At Novus Environmental we embrace our responsibility to use our expertise and resources and to drive real and lasting change in the waste management sector. We constantly seek to harness sustainable technologies that will reduce our environmental impact, cut our CO² emissions, improve efficiency and help balance costs for our customers.

We are focused on playing our part in addressing key global environmental threats: climate change, biodiversity loss and resource depletion, and continue to embed responsible environmental management into our business strategy, investing time and resources into driving change within our business and supply chain. Continually reducing our impacts is a key aim, and we are committed to greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction targets aligned with climate science, validated by the Science Based Targets initiative. We are achieving this by making strides in renewable energy usage, through closer collaborations with key suppliers around efficiency and sustainable approaches, and by investing in energy-efficiency projects, such as low carbon incineration techniques, introducing EV’s to our vehicle fleet, supplying only recycled waste products & receptacles and transitioning to a zero to landfill operating model.

We are fully committed to reducing our environmental impact across the scope of our operations and services to ensure a clean and healthy future for generations to come.

Carbon Reduction

At Novus Environmental we take a serious approach to cutting CO2, looking at every part of our operation to identify opportunities to reduce our carbon footprint. From ensuring our collection vehicles are either meet ultra-low emission standards or are fully electric, to upgrading our Plants & Facilities to increase energy efficiency, we look at our carbon output across every stage of the waste management process.
